BreathWork
Breathwork is a combination of techniques for channeling and directing your energy by consciously controlling your breath. Practiced either seated or reclined, the classes involve slowing the breath down, speeding it up, retaining the breath for given durations, and manipulating the nostrils to direct the flow. Depending on the practice, breathwork can leave you feeling energized, focused, calm, relaxed, or ready for sleep.
-I never knew how a few simple breathing techniques could lower my anxiety so quickly.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao has been used in ancient ceremonies by South Americans (the Maya) for thousands of years. It has an active ingredient in it called theobromine—which can be translated to, “Food of the Gods.”
Our ceremonies help you lock in your intention, feel the universe’s love, connect with our community and have a soulful cup of cacao with us.
Our cacao is all natural, organic, and has simple ingredients including oat milk, dates, and a hint of Cayenne.
Sound Bath
In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm like you’d experience at a rock concert or symphony, but instead is a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones.
-Seems hocus pocus-y but after my first sound bath I signed up for a full weekend workshop that same weekend. I can’t explain it you just have to experience it.
