Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact, within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please note that books and collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Starting a Return:

• We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing us at hello@calmingspot.com or chatting with us on our site. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our team is here to assist you through the process.

  We do not cover return or exchange shipping on any international orders. 

Processing Time:

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process usually takes 7-14 business days.

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued. For U.S. orders, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
